desenvolvimento, visando determinar as caracter{\'{\i}}sticas da
autom{\'a}tica e SODAR (SOnic Detection And Ranging) que
caso, observando anomalias na forma{\c{c}}{\~a}o da CLN;
an{\'a}lise da din{\^a}mica matinal (eros{\~a}o);
caracteriza{\c{c}}{\~a}o do regime turbulento; e
baixos n{\'{\i}}veis (JN). As an{\'a}lises dos resultados
apontaram que a estrutura da CLN foi bem semelhante {\`a}
Tais
aproximadamente 1 hora ap{\'o}s o nascer do Sol e a eros{\~a}o
ABSTRACT: The goal of this work is
studying the dynamics and structure of the Nocturnal Boundary
Layer (NBL) in Amazonia, over a deforested area (10°45' S e 62°22'
W) used for pasture, and the main development controlling
mechanisms, in order to determine the characteristics of NBL
during the transition period (dry to wet season) in the RaCCI/LBA
2002 experiment performed at Nossa Senhora Aparecida Farm - RO.
This study was carried out with the use of radiosondes, tethered
ballon, automatic weather station and SODAR (SOnic Detection And
Ranging), thus resulting the following analysis: an observational
one, which describes the structure and evolution of NBL; a case
study, observing NBL form anomalies; analysis of morning dynamic
(erosion); turbulent regime characterization; and observation of
the Nocturnal Low-Level Jet (LLJ). The result analysis pointed out
that the NBL structure was much like that one outlined during the
dry season, presenting growth tax of 14,2 m h\$^-\$\$^1\$, due
to the interaction occurring between local-scale atmospheric
phenomena and the meso ones, which are more intense during the wet
period. Such phenomena led to the development of anomalies in the
NBL structure, forming a Mixing Layer (ML) generated by strong
downdraft. lt was also shown that the beginning of the NBL, with
an average energy flux of 79,2 m k (30\% NBL total heating), is
strongly afected by the local orography. The regime found during
the transition period was, in general, of little stability, but as
they were not established strongly contributed to a greater LLJ
formation (32 cases), usually occurring between 400 and 500 m with
northward direction, in the region.",
